Erectile dysfunction is commonly called impotence. Impotence is the inability of a man to get or to keep an erection firm enough to perform sexually. Normal erections are the result of increasing blood flow into the penis. This blood is then stored by temporarily closing off the veins that drain the penis. There are different levels of erectile dysfunction recognised. Some men cannot keep an erection because the veins of the penis stay open and prevent enough blood from being stored in the penis. Many of these men can be helped with the use of the Erectionring. The Erectionring keeps the blood longer in the penis and the blood flow back to the body is reduced.
