DURAMESH The world's first and only suturable mesh

Introducing Duramesh™ - The World's First and Only Mesh Suture

Duramesh™ flattens to resist suture pull-through, and allows tissue incorporation for a strong, early repair. Duramesh™ Mesh Suture is the world’s only device that both approximates tissue and allows tissue incorporation.Duramesh

Duramesh surgical video - abdominoplasty - in action video

A surgical video showing Duramesh 1 being used for plication of the rectus sheath during an abdominoplasty procedure. The Duramesh clearly holds the tissue well even under tension and creates a strong and robust closure. Duramesh collapses down when tied so the knots are no bigger than a normal suture.

MEEK Skin Graft Expansion Mesher

The MEEK skin-graft expansion system is a unique and effective tool to treat patients with burns or chronic wounds.  MEEK works by cutting the harvested 42 x 42mm donor split-thickness skin graft into 196 individual squares of 3 x 3mm in size.  These small squares are then “fixed” onto an expandable nylon gauze to cover the wound area.
