The excellent and reliable Brennen skin graft Mesher will meet all your autograft skin graft Mesher needs. 
Economical to run with no additional disposable parts. Extremely low maintenance and easy to use. The graft is pinched into a diamond-shaped pattern at varying lengths dependent on the ratio. NO disposable dermacarriers are required. The Mesher has a fixed mesh ratio and the skin graft (any length) can be easily manoeuvred into place on the Brennen Skin Mesher platform.
